MF4600 series gas mass flow meters are all made of micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chips, which are suitable for all kinds of clean and dry gases. The MF4600 has a gas path structure similar to a rotameter, but the flowmeter has a clear and intuitive LED display that can display real-time flow and cumulative total. The MF4600 outputs mass flow directly and does not require temperature and pressure compensation. MF4600 has a key function, allowing users to adjust or query the parameters of the flowmeter in the field.
It is equipped with RS485 network communication interface to facilitate user remote control and system integration. Mechanical dimensions and flow ranges can be customized according to customer needs.
